Aopyro proudly ships to customers throughout the United States. We work with trusted shipping partners to provide dependable delivery services and accurate tracking information for every eligible order.

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The shipping carrier assigned to your order will depend on factors such as your delivery location, package size, carrier availability, and operational conditions.


2. Order Processing Schedule

All orders placed through Aopyro are reviewed and prepared by our fulfillment team before being transferred to the selected shipping carrier.

Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will enter processing on the same business day. Orders submitted after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or during recognized holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Although most orders are processed within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, inventory verification, weather conditions, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

Delivery estimates begin once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been generated.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, or other circumstances outside our direct control.


4. Delivery Carriers

To maintain reliable delivery standards, Aopyro partners with professional shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

The carrier selected for your order will be determined based on the most efficient available shipping option. Customers generally cannot request a specific carrier unless such an option is explicitly provided during checkout.

Each carrier maintains its own transportation schedules, delivery routes, and operating procedures. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the final delivery process is managed by that carrier.


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking Information

After successfully placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of their purchase.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, Aopyro will send a separate shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Shipment status details

Customers may use the tracking number to monitor the progress of their shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation email. In some cases, carriers may require 24–48 hours to update their systems with the latest shipping information.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Before completing your purchase, please carefully verify:

  • Full recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Contact information

Aopyro is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update your information before the order enters the shipping stage; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made once processing has started.


7. Order Changes and Cancellations Related to Shipping

Customers who need to modify or cancel an order should contact Aopyro as soon as possible after placing the order.

Requests for order changes, including shipping address modifications, product adjustments, or cancellations, can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped.

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another authorized shipping provider, we are unable to stop, modify, or redirect the shipment.

8. Delayed Deliveries

Aopyro strives to meet all estimated delivery timelines; however, delivery delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control.

Possible causes of delays include:

  • Carrier operational delays
  • High seasonal shipping volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Security inspections or unforeseen logistical issues

When a delay occurs, we recommend checking your tracking information for the latest updates. If your package has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team for assistance.


9. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows unusual activity or your package appears to be lost, please contact Aopyro so that we can assist in investigating the matter with the shipping carrier.

For faster assistance, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Shipping address
  • Tracking number
  • Description of the issue

Aopyro will work with the carrier to determine the status of the shipment. Investigation timeframes may vary depending on the carrier's policies and procedures.

Please note that packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but missing from the delivery location should first be checked with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier office. Customers should also verify that the shipping address provided during checkout was correct.


10. Damaged Packages

We carefully inspect and package every backpack before shipment. However, if your package arrives damaged during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.

When reporting a damaged shipment, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the damaged package
  • Photographs of the affected product
  • Description of the damage

This information helps us evaluate the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.


11. Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers may make one or multiple delivery attempts depending on their policies and the circumstances of the delivery.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because:

  • No recipient was available when required
  • The address information was incorrect
  • The package was refused
  • The package remained unclaimed at the carrier facility

the shipment may be returned to Aopyro.

In such situations, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.


12. Shipping During High-Demand Periods

During holidays, promotional events, and other periods of unusually high order volume, processing and transit times may be longer than normal.

Our team will continue to process orders as quickly as possible and provide tracking updates once shipments are dispatched.

We recommend placing orders in advance during busy seasons to allow additional time for delivery.


13. International Shipping

At this time, Aopyro currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to countries outside the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.
