This Cancel/Change Order Policy explains the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for requesting order cancellations or modifications.


1. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel their order after it has been placed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

If the order has not been processed or shipped, the cancellation may be approved, and any eligible payment already received will be refunded to the original payment method.


2. Cancellation Timeframe

Because Aopyro processes orders quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after the order is placed.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it cannot be canceled.

Customers who no longer wish to keep a shipped order may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.


3. Order Modification Requests

Aopyro understands that mistakes can happen during checkout. Customers may request modifications to their order before the order is shipped.

Possible changes may include:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Correcting recipient information
  • Updating contact details
  • Changing product quantity
  • Modifying product options, such as color or style, when available

All modification requests are subject to product availability and the current processing stage of the order.


4. Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Aopyro immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order is shipped.

However, once the package has been handed over to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another delivery provider, Aopyro cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or corrected.

Any delays, additional charges, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.


5. Changes Requested After Shipment

After an order has been shipped, Aopyro cannot:

  • Cancel the order
  • Change the delivery address
  • Modify products, quantities, or order details
  • Redirect the shipment to another location

If you receive the order and decide that you no longer need the item, you may be eligible to return it within the applicable return period according to our Return & Refund Policy.


6. Orders That Cannot Be Modified or Canceled

Aopyro reserves the right to refuse cancellation or modification requests in situations including, but not limited to:

  • The order has already been shipped.
  • The request is submitted after the order has reached an irreversible processing stage.
  • The requested product change is unavailable.
  • The request appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

If a cancellation or modification cannot be completed, customers will be informed and provided with available options where applicable.


7. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If an order cancellation is approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Aopyro does not charge cancellation fees for approved cancellation requests.


8. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If you accidentally place multiple orders or submit the same order more than once, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We will review the situation and make every reasonable effort to cancel duplicate orders before they enter the shipping stage.

Once duplicate orders have been shipped, they will be subject to the standard return procedure.


9. Order Delays and Changes by Aopyro

In certain situations, Aopyro may need to modify or cancel an order due to circumstances such as:

  • Product inventory issues
  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment verification problems
  • Unexpected operational limitations

If Aopyro cancels an order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, and the customer will be notified.
